They could bring back Tobey, forget the last two Spidey films ever happened, kill him off and go with Morales. Would be ballsy for a plot that just came about a couple years ago.

Spoiler:
First I was like, eh, too soon. Then I started seeing how people want Donald Glover to play Spidey and it just seems too perfect. I'm all in.

That Donald Glover thing has been around for a long time. Would be awesome though.

Anybody try SlingTV on the Roku3 yet? Seriously thinking about buying it, especially since it includes WatchESPN access and no contract commitment. You can even get a $5 sports package that gives you the following: "SEC Network, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, Universal Sports, Univision Deportes, beIN Sports, and college sports live cut-in and highlights networks ESPN Buzzer Beater, ESPN Bases Loaded and ESPN Goal Line."

I haven't watched any episode of the latest season of Homeland and Person of interest. Are they good?

For about ten minutes House of Cards season 3 was live this afternoon before it was quickly taken down. If you got in, started it and didn't close the window or hit refresh you're still watching right now.

Good stunt.

Man, that sucks. Would've given me something to watch over the all star break.

I thought the first 2 episodes of Better Call Saul were kind of weak. The way they wove in Tuco was pretty interesting, but the way he weaseled out of the situation was pretty unrealistic. If it were anybody else, they would have been killed, but somehow "Saul" is able to talk sense into Tuco?

I just don't see how the show creates its own identity, rather than just be a Breaking Bad novelty.

Just saw this article saying AMC will soon be apart of SlingTV. Makes the package much more appealing.

Decided to sign up for the SlingTV 7 day free trial. So far it's crystal clear and I like the layout.

I wanted to cancel my Charter at the end of January but I completely forgot. When February is up I'm dumping cable and getting Sling.

When I canceled cable last February, I came to realize how little I actually watch TV. So I have a feeling I will subscribe to Sling until about May. Then I'll go the rest of the summer without anything other than some subscription services (Prime and maybe HBOGo) until football starts in the fall. Then I'll have Sling through the college basketball season. I like the flexibility with Sling, no contracts and no equipment to drop off or have set up. It's also nice that you don't have to worry about them jacking your price in 6-12 months like cable does.

The only issue with Sling TV is that you are not going to be able to get FSN or Fox right?

So for Packers and Bucks games you would have to get league pass or something similar for the NFL.

You can get fox with a cheap HD antenna, but yeah you gotta get more creative with the Bucks.

By the way, Baseball Prospectus will apparently offer a deal on MLB.tv of 20% off again this year for their premium subscribers. Sling + Netflix + Antenna + MLB.tv will be how I get my sports and TV this spring and summer.

Workaholics jumped the shark last season, but afterward Adam DeMamp just kept on riding because he's got no shame, and it's working out for him and the show. This season has been fantastic. Maybe the best stuff they've done. Every episode has slayed me.

I especially enjoyed the one where Ders' swimming rival had his hot wife massage Ders so he'd get a boner in public and it could look like he was right all along he got one in the showers in high school. That was gold.

It's Always Sunny is killing it this season. The Group Date episode was a dud, but the rest have had me on my ass laughing. I haven't laughed that hard since probably season 3 or 4. Charlie Work and the Creampie episode in particular--just genius. It's great to see, because after season 6 I thought the show was done.

I'm curious to see how it ends up being with a new cast. What made True Detective so great IMO was both the individual acting and chemistry between Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, more so than the plot which was the vehicle for their interactions.

There was never supposed to be a season two of True Detective, it only came about because of the huge popularity of season one. I hope the writers don't try to mimic at all what went on between Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson because it likely wouldn't work.
