Just stopped by to say the new Alabama Shakes album is incredible. I had a chance to listen to it three times this weekend while spending a lot of time on the road. "Sound & Color" definitely would have been a feature in Eric Forman's basement. Has such a crazy cool addicting psychedelic vibe. Love everything about it.

I saw Alabama Shakes a few years ago at the Pabst Theatre before their debut album came out. The place was packed and everyone knew the words to "Hold On." Brittany Howard, the lead singer, had this look of realization on her face like, "wait a minute...we're from small town Alabama...we're performing in Milwaukee, WI...our album isn't even out yet...and the crowd knows every word?...F yeah!"

If you don't have it, go get it.

Banks - Waiting Game was my 3rd most played song in 2014 according to spotify, but I didn't listen to the rest of Goddess until a few weeks ago. I love all but about two songs. She's amazing. Favorite album since Lorde.

I know there are at least a couple of Turquoise Jeep fans on here so I wanted to post the newish video from MoonRock. As with every other TJ song and video it's completely ridiculous, but MoonRock is pretty talented (and not bad to look at either).

I'm with you. I love when it cuts to Excuse Me and then back out. What a great album.

New Chance the Rapper project with Social Experiment dropped for free today. Psyched for it. "Acid Rap" is probably my favorite hip-hop project this decade. Will have to wait until tonight to hear it. Going in cold.

Given what I see ResonablySober post here, I'd recommend this one to him.

I also really like Banks but was disappointed with the LP overall. There are a few songs of hers I love, though (Brain, Waiting Game).

This is like the FKA Twigs of 2015 (listen to her 2014 release, for real) in that this is pop music but it's pop music that doesn't really sound like pop music. They just released the LP for these songs and it's my favorite release so far into the year.

So yeah, the Social Experiment/Chance the Rapper freebie is pretty great and is perfectly timed for an early summer release. Tons of big-name guests - Badu, Busta, Migos, Janelle Monae - but nobody overshadows the headliner. Very much feels like a collective and not a Chance-centric effort though its sensibility is on par with "10 Days" and "Acid Rap." Big Sean shows up and drops a corny verse, but Big Sean gonna do what Big Sean gonna do.

Just came here to drop this off. This entire album is incredible and it's impossible to not be happy while listening to it.

At.Long.Last.A$AP is fire my second favorite album of the year behind TPAB. I'm liking Surf too I love the track "Go". Chance has definitely made his dent in the game. Looking forward to some new Bino this year.
