I like Chvrches quite a bit, just not feeling this song, they debuted it on Altnation while I was driving to St. Louis with my wife and we got to listen to it probably 10 times over the weekend, I was hoping it would grow on me but it just didn't.

I gotta give 2 thumbs up to the new Ratatat album, I thought LP4 was a big step back but this new album is funky as hell. Going to try to see them live when they go through MKE, Madison, and MPLS

Dre with a new album on Thursday with hardly any advertisement. Looks like a decent list of guests, but him and most of the guests are like close to 50 years old now. Don't listen to much rap anymore, but back in the day Death Row was all I listened to.

Fear Factory new album Friday. Anybody? Anybody? Lol. Actually reviewing fairly positive, may have to check it out.

Does anybody still buy CDs or just via itunes, etc? I remember in my teen years (90s into 2000s) going to Best Buy and looking at aisles upon aisles of CDs, now like one aisle exclusively, lol.

streaming dre's album on iTunes radio right now. Only 4 songs in (can't skip any songs) and ummmm, I guess it sucks for an album most have waited 16 years for. If Dre thought this was a better album to release than detox I'm scared of what Detox would have sounded like.

The new Dre album is not good at all. The beats are great(of course) but Dre is only as good as his ghostwriters and the one's he got now are not good for him at all. Alot of fast rapping, rapid cadence verses that really dont suit Dre at all maybe its the Kendrick influence as well. I'm a huge Kendrick fan but I never felt he was a good writer for Dre. Dre should've called Bishop or even T.I. like he did in 2009. Or even 50 or Jay but this flow he's been using since Kendrick is bad. Should've just mixed and mastered his unreleased detox tracks and released them as "The Detox Sessions" ala "The Lost tapes.
