I wonder if the league will rescind the Pelican's playoff berth and give it to the Thunder.

Ezeli has been awesome lately. He'll play some important minutes once the playoffs begin.

Gives a great DJ-Lite look off the bench to counter the sublime genius of Jesus.

I've been yelling down all the talk of playoff structure changes but the fact that either SAS or LAC isn't going to make it out of the 1st round when yesterday they were the #3 and #4 favorites in Vegas to win the title, while either Toronto or Wash is going to make it into the 2nd rd (and possibly even farther) seems unfathomably irresponsible to me.

To be fair, outside of possibly Philly, ATL had the best reason to tank out of anyone. In order to get to the Eastern Finals they will have to go through NJN then Tor/WAS. I'm confident Utah could do that relatively easily.

Holy ****. I knew the starting lineup was terrible, but I didn't realize they literally made two substitutions the entire night!!

The Orlando oral history was really, really good. The biggest takeaway was that Shaq wanted back with Orlando and they low-balled him. I would say there's some revisionist history there but no one interviewed seemed to deny it. How do you not give him what he wants, particularly when the going rate for guys like Mourning and Howard is over $100 million?

Was anyone else watching that Sixers Heat game? I normally would never accuse a player of tanking, but man Robert Covington is a decent player and he played some horrible ball that last minute of game time. That wide open layup he blew especially, almost looked like how guys shoot when they intentionally miss FT's.

I'd be interested in if anyone else saw it the same way. Sometimes good players just make mistakes, but man.
