This off season while important SHOULD be better assuming we don't do anything stupid. Just get rid of the guys that don't fit (MCW and Moose, though I think MCW could still have a chance to work if he is just a defensive specialist and commits to that).

Any free agent acquisition should really be a 2 or 3 year deal, and that player either would need to add great defense or great 3pt shooting, or both. And they need to fit around PGiannis and to a lesser extent Parker and Midds.

We don't need usage, we need defense and 3 pt shooting. Go find the guys that fit, and move on from the ones that dont.

What do you think happens for Mayo, Vasquez, & Bayless in July?

The Bucks still need a legit starting caliber center and guard next to Giannis.

Hopefully we can fill one of these holes at the draft. We also have Monroe to trade and cap space in free agency.

I think Henson or Plumlee could be good backups but that's it. We need bench help across the board but the starters are the glaring need.

Basically this is an important offseason.

I guess my hope is that if one stays, I hope it's Bayless since he can at least make a shot, but I think only OJ is gone.
Wouldn't mind one bit if none return.

I don't think there's even a remote chance that Vasquez is back, unless he wants to take the vet minimum or something.

This coming offseason might be like the offseason of old where Hammond rectifies his mistakes by making more mistakes.

I sure hope you are right, but with all they gave up to acquire him, I'm not convinced they'll let him walk.

I forgot about the other guy in that same contract bucket: Novak. He apparently would like to come back to Milwaukee, but will there a spot for him?

By my estimations: No. We are rumored to be in favor of Mirza and Delly. Toss in a lotto 1st rd pick. Two high seconds. MCW most likely returning. I just don't see a spot for him. This doesn't even factor if the organization wants to bring back Plums, Bayless, and/or Mayo. I think a Novak signing is really far down the totem pole of priorities.

I think it's gotta be close to an F grade... right? Maybe a D since Giannis improved and Jabari got healthy.
