So Gery just was on the radio saying the the Kings have made a promise to Sabonis - If that is true, 10/MCW for WCS

I doubt WCS is going anywhere until they know whether or not Cousins will stick around past his current deal.

Honestly, thinking about it now, I'd consider trading for Brandon Knight if we could. Had his best year under Kidd, and Middleton and Giannis have exponentially improved as ball handlers. He's also on a great deal, and in terms of the SG type player we want at PG, he fits perfectly. I think he would defer to Giannis as he is now..

Morey is shopping Beverley, McDaniels, and Ariza. We need to be in on Beverley and at least look into Ariza.

I mean, with the rising cap I wouldn't consider it an albatross, but "great" deal? Nah.

Noel for #10 in my book. Then hope you can trade Monroe for a 2017 first.

If you trade Noel for #10, I'd rather try trading Monroe for assets we could currently use to round out the roster.

I'd say a future first qualifies as an asset. Who knows, after General Greivis signs elsewhere maybe we can bring him back at the deadline with that pick!

Just heard Bill Michaels (I know, I know) say that Brandon Knight didn't want to be in Milwaukee, which I've never heard before. Is this true?

It's Bill Michaels, so probably not.

I think if knight would just embrace his inner Jamal Crawford and accept a 6th man role he'd be a useful player. Unfortunately I think he'll need to fail as a lead pg some more before he accepts that fate.

Not true.

He was basically crying in the locker room at the Cousins Center when he heard the news. He was shocked.

Maybe after the trade he said **** Milwaukee but that would just be sour grapes and hurt feelings from being traded.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

One of the trade scenarios, a source said, is packaging Middleton with veteran center Greg Monroe, whom the Bucks have been seriously shopping. It is known the Celtics have had interest in Monroe for a long time.

In return for Middleton and Monroe, the Bucks could possibly acquire two first-round picks from the Celtics in today’s draft: Nos. 16 and 23...

I'd go after Beverley pretty hard. I think he'd be a relatively cheap and ideal 3-and-D PG to pair with Giannis. Great TS% and low usage (pretty much anyone playing next to Harden is low usage) makes him intriguing.

Beverly is pesky as hell and would be a ton of fun to watch bother people. Giannis, despite his rep here as a one man team, is not going to be able to consistently defend opposing point guards.

We'd say no to Middleton for Rubio and Minny's unprotected 1st at the deadline, but we'd consider dealing him plus Monroe for 16 and 23....

You literally can't make this **** up.

If the Celtics somehow got Middleton, Monroe AND kept the 3rd pick that would be one of the all time great draft days. If this happened I might renounce Bucks fanhood for good.
