Yeah i mean other than you can find my username used at several other Wisconsin sports forums that i have been a member of for years. I mean i guess Sky Smith could have been playing the long con all along and knew years in advance he would be drafted by the bucks thus made accounts @ Packer, GB Phoenix and Brewer forums, along with posting at the NBA subreddit for years ( Which i have returned too because people here are f**king whack jobs.)

Are you sure that wasn't a joke you took too seriously? I don't know but when I read I thought he was joking/giving you a hard time.

Anyway, I think if you post this rant in a couple more formats I might see be convinced that we are the whack jobs. Three just didn't quite do it for me.

i found that his brother Maker graduated in 2015,and i found that one of his brothers and one of his sisters was born after Thon and before Maker,i also found that his familly his parents are all good educated people and not poor sudanese.His sister graduated in 2011 saying she is 22,his other sister admits tha Thon was in Aranmore for 4 years in 2010,proven that both Thon,Matur birth days is different in HS and Passports(even Matur sister wish him happy birthday in 2 of may).
Lets say you believe what i'm saying is true,would you still believe that he is 19 because of his passport or 23?

I think most have stopped caring as the debate has gotten fairly useless. People can continue to dig up old stories and what not that support their agenda but it still doesn't and won't ever clarify Thons actual age. Was he born in 1997? Possibly not but who knows. Does he say he was born in 1997 and have legal documentation stating he's born in 1997? He does. That's good enough for me to not really care anymore and be at the point I just want him to be a good player for the team. In 5yrs if he stinks then we can all say he's 30yrs old and past any chance of relevancy. In 5yrs if he's a beast and becoming a force in the league, he can be 24 or 29 and no one will give a rats ass.

There's as much proof as with Thon. It's all just speculation. While the evidence against Thon might be more damning, I think part of it is because of the incendiary nature of social media witch hunts. Even as recently as Biyombo (2011) word didn't spread so quickly.

Here's an article from draftexpress about Biyombo, I excerpted the part about his age:

"The one thing that continues to dog Biyombo are the question marks NBA teams have about his age. Recently converted NBA draft analyst David Aldridge wrote that an NBA GM he spoke with said he had heard rumors that Biyombo was “anywhere from 23 to 26.”

Our research has revealed some slightly different information. Coaches who have worked with Biyombo earlier in his career while he was still in Congo think he's “no older than 20 at most,” while Biyombo's agent, Igor Crespo, has evidence that proves Biyombo is even younger.

Crespo says he took Biyombo to a specialist to conduct a bone age study immediately upon his arrival in Spain (Biyombo was reportedly 16). The study, as explained here involves taking x-rays of an adolescent's wrist and hand to see if his growth plates are still open.
