So just to summarise 80 pages, the Bucks don't have a GM, they have a cheap pushover in an admin/talking head role and the decisions are made by the owners.

Eh ok, not ideal. I've seen worse.

J. Edgar Hoover was the first director of the FBI and was considered the most powerful man in the country because of the vast amount of intel he had acquired.

I find the Bollero hiring very interesting. He ran the T-Wolves analytics department (since 2013) and is a young scout having only an NBA year under his belt in that regard. With the publicly declared analytics remarks from Horst - also used in discussing DJ's entire NCAA Year - this is legitimately the first time in my Bucks fandom I feel confident those voices are being seriously considered as decision-making criteria.

It would be great to get a J Edgar Hoover type personality in there. Spying on and blackmailing Lasry and Edens over Alex and Mallory behaviors and the methods by which they acquired their wealth. All the while everyone trying to prove that he and Horst are actually lovers so they can discriminate against him on the basis of his sexual orientation.

Seems like a Bucks dynamic if I've ever seen one.

Let's not forget Larry Hoover, or as some knew him, King David. The infamous Chicago drug dealer started The Supreme Gangsters, a gang that numbered 15,000 in 5 states. He recruited many new members from prison after being sentenced to 150 years for the murder of drug dealer William Young.

What I'm saying is, Horst probably feels like he's trying to run this stuff from behind bars. Hoover history, get on it Woelfel.

I was talking with a friend tonight and we came up with a very sad realization about who Jon Horst actually is. In Arrested Development Buster was given the title as president of the company for the sole reason that he's dumb and can be easily controlled. Now all I can picture is Jon Horst building a mountain bike in the middle of the conference room while the owners talk about Rose in the next room.
