I certainly wouldn't be dancing in the streets or bestowing a bunch of praise on Hammond though.

I give you credit for trying to get Redd to Cleveland but bringing more value back to us.

But I don't like this combination. We are giving up Redd and CV and only really getting back Mike Miller. Lowry is a crapshoot and Warrick effectively a bust.

Nice attempt, but Miller isn't above average at anything but shooting. We are going to need to get our scoring from somewhere, it might as well be from Redd. Skiles did a very good job of getting production out of a much more one dimensional player (than Redd) in Ben Gordon. So I don't get why everyone wants to ship off Redd for average players and backups.

I do like Mike Miller, as well as Lowry.

But if we trade Redd, I feel we need a borderline all star in return. Not an Old Country Buffet of misplaced youngsters and fading vets.

Warrick could be a starter somewhere. I've thought that since his game against the Bucks back in December of '06. Gasol was down with an injury and Warrick lit us up to the tune of 31 and 13.

As a starter, in 74 career games, he's averaged 15.3 points and 6.6 rebounds. As a sub, in 150 career games, those averages drop to 6.8 and 2.8.

I see your point Press, I think Memphis would be foolish to give us Miller for CV and Dez. Maybe we could meet them in the middle and include the new #3 plan on your list.

Well, I don't believe the Cavs can give up consecutive 1st round picks, and if even if they could, I sure as hell would hope they wouldn't, unless it's for an Elton Brand type of player...

If that's the case, I would rather cut Milwaukee out of the scenario, and focus a package around Miller, Lowry and Warrick...

Be honest, this was just an excuse to make a Gay-Love pairing wasn't it?

I don't have an opinion on this, but just want to suggest a format that's easy to read.

Bucks give: x, y, z
Bucks get: a, b, c

Cavs give: ....
Cavs get: etc

It takes too long to evaluate whether a trade is good for one of the teams involved when your eyes are dancing all over the screen trying to figure out which players they're sending out.
