We need Simmons to be a starter. We probably aren't going to get a starting small forward this off season and we need Simmons and his 9 million dollar contract to fill that role. 15 6 and 3 is something that I would hope he can at least achieve. Those are pretty attainable numbers relative to his MIP numbers.

I honestly don't expect anything out of Simmons. When I think about our team, he gets jumbled in with all the other guys that aren't really any good and don't matter for the future.
Unless something drastic happens, I expect us to again have easily one of the worst SF rotations in the league. Maybe Ersan and a draft pick could bring some excitement at least.
