Like I said, I live 5 minutes from the track, and it really doesn't bother me that much. When you are outside you can here it good, but if you are indoors with the TV on you don't really notice it that much.

Totally. My buddy and his fiance just bought a house in New Berlin and were raving about how low the taxes were. 2 minutes later she said she was a bit upset that there were no sidewalks. Well...sidewalks cost money to make, money to maintain, and money to shovel. There's your savings.
