That's a pretty wonk burn, especially coming from someone who roots for an Oregonian team.

I'm all over that 1st trade. Chicago likely declines though.

I don't care for the others though, but I do agree with Mid that Brown if he can be had for cheap would fit a need for us and is a half way decent player.

I don't understand the love for Outlaw and I have zero interest if Frye. We have both CV and Yi to fill the soft outside jumper PF role and at least Yi can defend.

Mike Miller would be ok, but not if we are planning on acquiring Hughes.

I would say make the 1st deal and look to move Mo for Haslem or package either Mo or CV with our pick to move up or acquire a better player.

On the contrary, I'd say that if we acquired Hughes, you MUST have a SF who is a top notch outside shooter to go with him to make up for his deficit in that area, and I don't think that you can trust Simmons to fill that role.

I think that the Miller move is an essential part of this plan, which by the way I heartily endorse.

Yes, great deals. All of them. Well done. Too bad it's only a dream.

I'm still sitting on the Westbrook and Alexander draft dream.

CV for #12
Mo for Haslem/Cook
Draft Westbrook, Alexander, Hardin

PG: Sessions/Westbrook/Bell
SG: Redd/Mason/Cook
SF: Simmons/Alexander
PF: Yi/Haslem
C: Bogut/Hardin/Gadzuric

Sure he's not a great, or good, basketball player. BUT, he does play very solid post defense, and as a 14 minute backup, that's all I would require. It'd certainly be a step up from Gadzuric.

1. Extremely low basketball IQ

2. Injury Issues

3. He sucks

4. I'd rather pay someone who has the chance of not sucking
