I would trade the #8 pick for Richard Jefferson, even if it means missing out on Joe Alexander.

I'd rather take Alexander even if he ends up somewhere between Jefferson and Noel in potential, than Randolph who could be somewhere between Tayshaun and Morrison.

Joe Alexander. He is a athletic beast, and not because of his skin color. He went from trying to get a college to accept him to possibly being a lottery pick in the draft, and in that time he must have had done something to improve his game. Sure he might have some things he needs to work on offensively, but those are things I think he can work on and achieve with all the NBA training.
And if the Milwaukee Bucks intend to keep Yi Jianlian, at least Yi will have a player on the court who has some connection with him and his culture and the U.S. I also think Joe Alexander fits in nicely at the SF position, especially if he develops defensively. He will compliment the team all-around.
