Candy Land Trades & Draft (FAB FIVE in NBA)

Post#1 » by Lippo » Wed Jun 18, 2008 2:40 pm

Now I know this isnt going to happen, but is there anyone that wouldnt be excited about this?

Redd for Randolph/#6
Bogut for Brewer/Madsen #3
Mo/Mason/Bell for #13/LaFrenz/Webster
CV for #14/Filler
Yi/Gadz for Mobley/Shortsianitis/#7

#3 Mayo
#6 Love
#7 Westbrook
#8 A.Randolph
#13 Jordan/Ajinca
#15 Speights/Greene
#37 Hardin/Ibaka

PG Sessions/Westbrook
SG Mayo/Brewer/Mobley
SF Webster/A.Randolph/Illyasova
PF Z.Randolph/Love/Speights/Madsen
C Jordan/Hardin/LaFrenz/Shortsianitis

Maybe leave Illyasova and Shortsianitis overseas til Mobley/Madsen/Simmons and LaFrenz expire.
Give Simmons away for future 2nd if possible for someone who wants 2010 expiring
Trade LaFrenz to someone who needs expiring in 2009 for quality player.

Well one thing is for sure, every other NBA team would be pretty pumped about it because you could pretty much chalk up a W whenever you play the Bucks for the next 3-4 seasons? Could Milwaukee even sustain such a losing basketball team? Then what about when these contracts all come up in four years, if even 2 of those guys pan out you are in trouble. Just a bad idea, however you could try this in NBA Live on franchise mode and have fun with it... good luck with that... awful idea.

Certain requirements must be met in order for you to have a player's Bird Rights.
