I'm on board with DJ White or Bill Walker. Both are beasts.

Everything I've read about the strides J.R. Giddens has made as a person is encouraging. The Bucks will be hard pressed to find a more talented or gifted player in the 2nd round. Giddens has good size for a 2, is an impressive athlete, is capable of being a very good defensive player (averaged 1.4 steals and 1.2 blocks his senior year), and rebounds his position incredibly well (averaged 8.8 boards his senior year as a 6'5 2 guard)

In an ideal world, Mario Chalmers drops. He's going to be a good rotation player and backup point guard. He can shoot the lights out and he's a very pesky defender.

Wade, I don't know how much of what Giddens played at NM this past year would qualify as 2 guard. He was around the basket a lot on both ends. I'd say he was a 3/4.

But then we wouldn't "need" Udonis Haslem and you couldn't pimp the awful Mo for Haslem trade!

That's one of the things I like about him. He's a lot like Bonzi Wells with how much he likes to be around the basket.

Alright. Just saying -- most of your compliments in your original post revolved around what he could do in respect to other 2 guards. He isn't one. (Neither is Wells.)

He isn't a 2 guard in the sense of having a traditional 2 guard skill set, but the skill set he does possess could be a thorn in the side of many opposing 2 guards, the same way Bonzi Wells is annoying for other guards because he actually likes to go inside and mix it up.

The Bucks have had a slew of relatively successful 2nd-round picks, including everyone's greatest point guard, Ramon Sessions.
So, smart basketball people, who are the Bucks looking at here?
