6'11.5"

According to DX's data, that's about an inch below average for a 6'7.25" barefoot guy.

Height without Shoes/Height with shoes/Weight/Wingspan/Standing Reach/Body Fat/No Step Vert/Max Vert/Bench Press/Lane Agility/3/4 Court Sprint

Josh Smith 6' 7" / 6' 8.25" / 221 / 7' 0" / 8' 10.5" / NA / 32.5 / 39.5 / 12 / 11.43 / 3.24
Joe Alexander 6' 7.25" / 6' 8.25" / 220 / 6' 11.5" / 8' 10" / 5.8 / 32.5 / 38.5 / 24 / 11.33 / 2.99

Eerily similar. JA is slightly taller. JS has a slightly larger wing-span/standing reach. Verticals are quite similar. JA is stronger (doubles him up!) and quicker/faster...

Where do you guys get Josh Smith is 6'7? I always thought he was like 6'9-6'10. Are these his stats out of high school? I mean I doubt it would be much (no more then an inch or 2 max) but I bet Smith grew since then (and his weight is way up I would bet, probably 15 pounds from 221) and Alexander's body probably doesnt have as much room to grow, if any.

That is indeed the case. Smith did grow taller since his pre-draft measurements.

I dont even buy that 235 listing, thats old. Look at him compared to some other guys.

Image
Lamarcus Aldridge (listed at 6'11 245)

Image
Duncan (6'11 260) *For the record, does anyone really believe Duncan isnt at least 7ft?

Image
Okafor (6'10 255)

This one isnt the best picture for comparison but i think theres enough there that it still works
Image
Boozer (6'9 266)

Again not the best, its kind of small and the angle isnt the greatest, but look at the shoulders and arms
Image
Noah (6'11 232) Josh is only 3lbs more? Really?

I wish there was a more accurate way to find out. But anyways, Im convinced Josh is bigger than listed and probably will get a bit bigger yet.
