OK Thanks. What if a team gives him a 2 yr $ 30 M offer. Is he unristricted after those 2 years? And which teams can make such an offer?
He would be unrestricted, however, no team has even close to that amount to offer. Philly, Golden State, The Clippers, and Memphis all had cap room but they used it. (Well maybe Memphis didnt, but thats because they arent planning on using it this year I guess.)
ETA: Also, I believe the max Josh could even get is $13,758,000 for this year. Though actually, I could be wrong, because if 25% of this years cap is higher then he could get that.
