Since nobody has mentioned it, Charlie Bell is currently in South Africa with Basketball Without Borders (actually it's interesting that its not even mentioned on the Bucks.com website)... The attached picture is very powerful in my opinion. I took note in the picture how Charlie, Caron Butler, Shareef Abdul Rahim, and Matt Bonner are standing outside of somewhere with specific entrances for Whites and Non-Whites:
