Dwight Howard with 23 and 12 at half :o but Portland still up 1.

Raptors up 6 on the C's, even though future HOFer Andrea Bargani has a dynamite game going. 0/0/0/0/0 and 3 fouls with 7 minutes left to go in the first half.

Some of the young guys are playing well. Durant with 37. Yi has 19 and 9 in the 3rd, and he's 4-5 from three. If he develops that shot he'll really become valuable.

good to see howard stepping up. i kind of fell like he's plateaued a bit. granted a plateaued howard is still pretty darn good.

Yeah, the Yi think is scaring me a bit tonight. No question they've been working with him to take three's rather than those long two's.

That said, there is no one on the Heat to rough up Yi or challenge him since they are so undersized. The biggest guy on their front line is Haslem at 6-8". It is a good matchup for Yi.

it is so important to find the right coaches and system for the right players. i'm still a big fan of yi's game and i'll think he'll thrive in the right system.

with only a couple minutes left in the raptors game, bosh has only 9pts 7rebs, no blocks, no steals, 2to's. when are they gonna trade that waste-of-space, overrated piece of junk!

Let me know when Bogut averages 27/11/2.5 over a six game stretch or 23/11/2.5 like Bosh has in a season.

Have you guys been paying attention to Mayo? His last four games have been fantastic. I would have done Bogut for #3, by the way. I think Minnesota would have as well.

That was the youth movement where the Bucks kept Yi and tried to move up and draft Kevin Love. The thread was called 'Go Get Mayo AND Love'. I had to put the chicken wire up for that one.

I just got done watching the Suns/Grizz game. Wow, Memphis got royally screwed on the last 2 possessions of the game. Mayo is a stud, and is the only reason Memphis had a shot to win down the stretch.

Oh, and the Suns just don't impress me anymore. IMO they aren't one of the top tier teams anymore.

Mike Conley looks like a bust. So glad the Bucks didn't have a chance to draft him, never bought into the hype about him.

Yeah, he looked bad. And I agree, I never understood the hype.

I liked Conley a lot before that draft....and will admit I was wrrrr.......wrrrrr....wrong.

He played like a man among boys in the tournament, but obviously didn't have the natural talent to carry it over to the Pro's.
