Bucks/Clips - 1/17

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Sat Jan 17, 2009 2:46 pm

Clips have lost 12 in a row and are 3-16 at home. But we can't win back to back games and had a near collapse against a bad Kings team last night.

Nothing would surprise me with this game.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

The last time you guys played against the Clippers , they had just come back from a 4 games in 5 nights road trip in which their starters played 42 + minutes each. Zach Randolph was a beast in that stretch averaging 26 pt 11 rb , Baron Davis 18 pt 8 asst , Al Thornton 17 pts, Marcus Camby 12 pts 17 rbs.

They were pretty worn out last time. Baron Davis and Zach Randolph should be back tonight. They missed about 10 games .

The Clippers rookie Eric Gordon has been averaging 20 ppg since the start of january in the absence of Baron , Zach , Kaman and ricky davis.

Looking forward to a good game.
You are either doing or not doing .

Kaman is out for sure, and BD and Randolph are possibly out. All three would be nice for us.

I love how the Clippers didn't have to play last night and have played 38 games to our 42. The NBA hates the Bucks.
"I just wanted to play because I just love the game," Jennings said. "It doesn't matter to me. I get up to play basketball. It's my job. I have to still be a professional and finish the season."

Don't forget about Mardy Collins who has been tearing it up in replacement of Baron Davis. I'm going to say loss for this game as Camby will be too difficult to contain without Bogut but I'm going to hope for a close W.

I sure as hell hope we can get a win tonight. The Clippers are awful and have lost 12 straight. No reason we shoudln't win this game. With Portland next and a loss likely in that game we really need this win.

Hopefully Baron Davis is back if he keeps playing the way he was playing pre-injury.

With or without BD, Kaman, and Ricky Davis.. if the Clippers have any pride at all they will come out intent on winning this game. We embarassed them badly last time we played them so I can't imagine them not playing one of their better games of the year against us tonight. Even with that said... that doesn't mean we won't win tonight. I'm just hoping for a good game.. perhaps we will finally see something productive from RJ tonight.

That would big if they were out tonight and we could somehow pull out 2 in row....... I know, 2 in a row, crazy thinking. 2 out of 3 on this trip would be huge.

There is no way we should lose to the Clippers "B" team. They've lost 12 in a row and even when healthy aren't very good. My hope is Skiles laid into these guys for letting Sacto get back into the game and we come out and put these guys away early. We are clearly the better team, lets hope we prove it

Redd, get a top-notch surgeon with all the money you have and come back at the START of next season, no later! I have a feeling you will make a HUGE comeback and play better than you ever have in your career. People are doubting you, make it happen mike.

I see no reason why Redd doesn't score 40 again tonight. The only thing that could hold him back is himself, and if we see the Redd from the Miami game.

We're going to need a huge night from Redd because I just see Camby dominating the paint on both ends. We're facing a terrible team missing key players and if we lose this game I seriously don't know what to think.

I am going to the game so maybe that brings extra mojo. It would be fun to see Redd have another big night.
