I feel sorry for Roenick. The guy wanted to be a Blackhawk for life, wanted to win it for the Blackhawks and never got a chance.

It was so weird. I thought it was a goal because the puck disappeared, and that was just my first reaction. Usually when that happens I think the puck went out of play but I knew it didn't happen this time.

Yeah totally anti climatic. I didn't even celebrate until I saw the replay. But it was still awesome!

As a person who has only recently become a fan of hockey and by default the blackhawks. I feel like I cannot properly join in on the celebration, nor claim this championship. Hopefully the 'Hawks will win many more cups that I can claim.

Claim it! Everybody's got to start sometime, everybody has a first day/first season as a fan.

I'm happy for the fans that followed this team before the bandwagon joined. I never liked hockey until I watched them at the beginning of 2007 and have been hooked since. Also happy for Hossa of course.

this was a weird win...i wasnt even excited at first because i couldnt tell if they had won it at first! but god this is the best feeling

I never really watched the Hawks until right before Kane and Toews joined the team. I feel like I've watched them grow up over the short 3 years. I'm on a huge happy high right now.

Once I calm down I'll get some screenshots of websites together.
