Two PP goals on two pretty soft penalties has given this game right back to the Kings. Wondering if it's coincidence or if the league wanted this series tied after tonight...

All of a sudden we are down 3-2 in games 3. Corey has to wake up . he is playing bad. The hawks are beig kinda hesisitant on quick. i think they have to be more assertive if they want to get sum pucks behind him.

Son of a bitch! Why are we skating around like little girls afraid of contact? I know we're not a big hitting team, but we really need to grow a pair and play through the physicality.

Wow. I love this team. What a freaking hockey game. Patrick Kane is a hockey genius.

If hawks lose game 7 season is a failure. They were all but eliminated a week ago but they got no choice but to win game 7.

I didn't watch the game today, and knowing the result, I'm not sure I actually want to watch it now. Here's hoping for a Rangers sweep!

I'll preface this post by saying that I'm only a casual Hawks fan. I cannot profess having any expertise in hockey or having suffered through the many dark eras of Chicago Blackhawks fandom. What I will say is that listening to the idiots calling in to the Score this morning made me almost shake my head off. What I saw from that series is a pretty damn good LA team and a Chicago team that probably overachieved. Does it kill having it all come down to one possession and losing? Absolutely. But hearing someone call in and ask what Bowman has ever done and having guys calling in and blaming the olympics, or Corey Crawford's contract or how they overspent on (insert any number of players here).

Be grateful. This team has won two cups and experienced a lot of playoff success in a short period of time. You dropped a 7 game series, in overtime, to a former champion, after being down 3-1. There's not a lot of shame in that.

True. It stings like hell, but we weren't playing a cellar-dwelling team... we were up against a seriously good opponent. We put ourselves in that 3-1 hole, so we can't complain about much. As for what Bowman has ever done, and the players he has put together? Does the term "multi cup-winner" mean anything?

I'm hoping everyone sticks around on this forum though. I'm going to be adding links to articles regarding the draft, trades, free-agency, etc over the offseason.
