Second Round: Wing v. Hawks

Post#1 » by Rodya » Mon May 13, 2013 8:15 pm

C'mon guys, this deserves some attention, even on this dead forum. Living in Chicago and being a known Wings fan has already been fun. I have my Wings flag hanging out of my apartment window, downtown. LGRW!

Uh, yeah...Game 1 proved what everyone already knew--the Hawks are a lot better team than the Wings. Everyone and their brother predicted the Hawks winning 4-1, and that's only because no one ever predicts a sweep.

Game 2 was a big win. If we can take game 3 tonight, given how Jimmy is playing, it would put the pressure squarely on Chicago.

I'm feeling pretty good about us right now

Game 7 against Chicago. Doesn't get any better than this. It would be nice if it was in 5 but still I didn't even expect them to make it out of the first round.
Ska needs to make a comeback.

Not shocked we blew a 3-1 series lead...but still disappointing.

 I cant wait til Smoove signs a long term deal with someone other than the Pistons, the monthly "J Smoove at the 3" debates are getting pretty stale.
