Looks like they've had a mediocre start into the season. Then again, I don't really know how high expectations were before season.

I'll leave the 100 post of this board for you basti. :P

I thought they started ok 3 wins, 3 losses and 1 overtime loss. Sounds ok. I would be pleased if the Wolves started like that. xD

It's a fine start to the season. They were picked at the bottom of the conference by pretty much everyone. They're still transitioning from Lemaire's defensive system to Richards' offensive system.

Incredible job by the blue liners and Backstrom tonight.

If anyone knows a site where I can watch archived Wild/Hockey games please keep the info for yourself and don't send me a PM with vital information ;)

I should also say youtube has fairly good highlights after the game. Just look for the username NHLVideo. I don't know where you can re-watch games.

It's bad enough staying up to watch the Wolves...

It sure seems a lot harder to reach the NHL playoffs than the nba playoffs. Wild have 20 points right now with 9 wins and 6 losses +2 overtime losses and there's 10 teams who have similar or more points only in the west.

It usually seperates more as the season goes on but like the NBA the West in the NHL is far better than the East.

Minnesota's teams seem to always have to play in the best division and stronger conference. Sucks.

The Wild played well for a while and then collapsed at the end of the season because they didn't have the talent to match other teams in the West. They beat Dallas to end the season which knocked Dallas out of the playoffs and they fired Todd Richards this morning.

I'll say the same thing that I'll say for the Wolves.

Hire a good coach already.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

The Wild are currently the best team in the Western Conference and nobody cares? Sad.
