Just poppin' in to say thanks all for being involved and making following sports more than just watching the game. I've learned so much on here.

I recently moved from MN to Atlanta in 2011, and holy hell... I miss my Eden(Prairie), and just Minnesota in general. Any new joints or places to go come up in the passed year? I heard Lola off of Xerxes is a can't miss.

Ditto on the 'thanks' -- I've learned a great deal also. Being able to follow a variety of teams has helped grow my sports knowledge base and I feel more confident when I discuss games with others now.

Hey guys, most likely coming to Minneapolis for the game against the Lakers. Quick question, what section do you have to be sitting in for when the visiting players come out of the tunnel? I know when I went to Toronto, the security didn't let you into the section unless you actually had a ticket there. Is it 126 or 136?

Hey, this might sound like a rather odd question, but I'll shoot anyway - I remember going through your board once and coming across a discussion that the way the NBA has divided the teams in divisions is somewhat weird. One of you even posted a map of the USA and a much logical way to organize the divisions, so that the teams that are more distant from other cities wouldn't have to travel so much.

Does this ring a bell? Could anybody drop a picture or a link to the thread? I just randomly remembered about this today and I couldn't recall the basis of the other way how to divide the teams in divisions. Thanks!

Your second one is the one I'd do in a heartbeat. The East v. West gets a little muddled but they could make it North v. South instead.

I didn’t consider the whole East/West thing. Time zones & travel will mess things up a bit. I prefer #1.

Thanks, guys. I have to say that now that I have seen these maps again, the way we are doing it right now seems ridiculous. Have any front offices proposed similar ideas to the ones expressed in that thread though? Haven't heard anything about it.

I'm not aware of any article on the issue. I can reasonably assume that every organization had a say in the matter before everything was implemented.

hey guys, wolves fan from germany here. i'm active on german boards regarding the nba, but it's lacking wolvetalk there. so i decided to come over.

some of my basic views about the wolves.

Pek is one of the greatest human beings, evolution has ever created
trade williams
do not start barea
we gonna make the playoffs
keep this team togehter (exept the lion)
once Rubio und Love are back, we can beat every single team in the league
cunningham is mark madsen + some basketball skills
adelman is gold
For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.
