Wes' choice of childhood favorite cartoons is revealing about his smiling, lack of killer instinct:

#5 Interviewer: Thundercats! ........................................ Wes: Doug
#4 Interviewer: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles .................... Wes: Hey Arnold
#3 Interviewer: Batman ............................................... Wes: Recess
#2 Interviewer: Tiny Toon Adventures .............................. Wes: Scooby Doo
#1 Interviewer: X-Men ................................................. Wes: Tom & Jerry

Wes' looks especially pathetic when it's listed next to the interviewer's all star lineup

they're furry, they're funny, they're babs and buster bunny...

Wes gets props for Hey Arnold, but that's about it.

Doug is okay, and Tom and Jerry is good times, but the rest su-su-su-suck.

But the interviewer does have awesome taste.

I watched a lot of Inspector Gadget. I don't remember if it was any good. The shows kids need are Rugrats, Batman/Superman, Ren + Stimpy, Rocko, & Power Rangers (ya I know...not a cartoon). The last cartoon I watched was Pokemon. I became a man when I stopped watching.

But he never really wore it, right? Because from the footage of his days in Europe he was cleanly shaved.

Also, define having a beard. I had a goatee when I was 16/17, too. A full grown beard without missing patches would be super impressive, though.

so when st paul declares a snow emergency, does that entail enlisting a modest number of elderly women to lightly swab the streets with a broom? Just curious, because the roads still look like ****.

MNDot has been snoozing IMO. Didn't seem like they were prepared. Are funds an issue? Am I missing something?

Times like this, I'm glad...

A. I don't live in the Twin Cities
B. I don't drive.

Living north of the polar circle and haven't seen actual snow in almost four weeks now. Then, upon listening to German radio today Berlin is covered with several inches (maybe even up to one foot) of snow. Bloody hell.

I'll bet they're really cold. Probably can't sing or play their synthesizer very well.
