Does anybody know what does this mean? Do we really need a 3rd SF? Are we trying to secure SF spot because AK is maybe planning to opt out? I'm confused.

Isn't he a 3/4? If we're trading Williams, Bjelica could be useful depth. There are other considerations too, like his age and contract situation. I think it's probably just time to give him his shot.

He'll probably come as cheap depth.

Yep, a 3/4, he's built exactly like Ak47, 235 pounds, 6'8.5" without shoes, he just turned 25.
I assume this means either Derrick is heading out, or Jelly isn't coming back, or both.

His 1 FTA per game average is pretty concerning.

Yep, I noticed that as well. His FG% is terrific though, lots of dunks without getting fouled on the way in?

The FIBA game is played and reffed differently. Don't get me wrong, 1 FTA/G is indeed concerning but generally speaking players don't go to the line as frequently as they do in the NBA.

Seemed to me Kahn was more into the Euro prospects than Flip, especially after Philo was fired

The Philo move was probably because Flip wanted to bring in his own guy. It's not like we are going to abandon international scouting altogether.

Yeah I said it seemed to me that Kahn was more into the Euro prospects than Flip. Flip is either in Europe or will be on his way there soon

I recall Bjelica came and worked out with Adelman - no doubt he'll have a big say on what happens.

Bjelica can easily be a good rebounder and knock down the three pointer with ease - that is fit into the system, the annoying thing with him is that he is capable of so so much more.

I know we have his rights and all, but are we even allowed to make an offer to him before the current season ends?

I think there could be legitimate interest in bringing him over this year, but going to be really dependent on how our offseason shakes out and what happens with Bud and AK in particular.
