Can't believe Avery got fired, they are filming that Association show with the Nets too, damn that has to suck. You don't just get fired there is going to a 1 hour realty series about it too!

But considering that it took both the announcers, the crowd most likely (didn't check their initial reaction) and me the replay to see the intentional kick I can't fault the refs to miss it.

On a related note, I didn't know there was another female ref in the NBA already. I also didn't think freaking Violet Palmer was allowed to return. She's been horrible as a ref and I was happy when I heard she (temporarily) retired from NBA reffing.
