Which brings me to this...I know people are hesitant to deal Pek/Derrick package for Pau. Would a Pek/Dante package be better?

Lakers: We'll give you Pau for Pek/Williams package
Wolves: Nope, not dealing Derrick
Lakers: OK, well if you're not trading Derrick, what about Dante?

At least we know he is trying to trade Pau. It is sad how bad Pau Gasol trade value has dropped. He is basically hard to move in a trade at this point.

I think it is more likely we ride out this season with Pau and try to trade him on draft night. His contract expires after next season, he will be a lot more appealing to teams.
