Re: Pick Watch 2013
This will be likely our last early First rounder in the Kevin Love/Ricky Rubio era.
This is a chance to either get a player to help us or trade the pick for an established player. This decision could determine if we will be a contender or just a good team in the future.

We're definitely not far from being the worst team in the league. I bet we'll finish around 4-6.

Most of those teams besides Charlotte could pass us...

Re: Pick Watch 2013
With their returns, that's what's going to keep us out of the top 3 worst teams. I'll expect Bobcats, Magic, Hornets, and maybe the Cavs to be worse than us when it's all said and done. I think mid-March will be too late and they'll be pretty rusty.

I could see us easing Love back in if we're sitting at #7 or so when he comes back.

Wow. we suck. Let's trade the pick, D-will, Memphis pick for McLemore.

Whatever pick we get is surely traded for a vet. You all can forget about mclermotes or whatever their names are.

thats probly how rick adelman will see it. but being healthy next year our team will be very deep at all the positions if we can get another sg and bud back. if we have the chance to get mcelmore/noel/shabazz i think thats better than most vets without over paying. I dont think anyone in the draft is as clear as those guys for us.

Only "vets" you could get for a top draft pick this year is Josh Smith, Monta Ellis, Z-Bo, Iggy, and Millsap tier vets. Teams aren't exactly ecstatic over this year's draft class. We're not going to get the player we all imagine about for our draft pick (if it's even in the top 5).
