It was a rough game defensively for everyone. The Thunder were just too fast.

Maybe we should play in T-shirts like the Warriors are doing

The ones that say Wolves aren't doing too much better. Maybe we should go back to the old school ones when KG played that said Timberwolves

I have a lot of respect for Ricky and AK never giving up on games. I really hope we throw together a playoff squad for those two next year

I hope they get rid of Barea. He sometimes takes the most ridiculous shots when guys are open on the perimeter. The thing I especially hate is when he gets the ball at the point and there's less than 24 on the shot clock and he dribbles it out and never passes the ball but drives in and takes some crazy ass shot, never looking to pass and there are guys open! If I were the coach, I'd bench him every time he did that.

Until Luke has another 20 pt game on 8/14 shooting and Barea is playing hero ball and ends up hurting the team.

We're constantly going to be flip-flopping between these two.

Pek is doing his best to confuse the crap out of anyone looking to sign him. He's like Shaq one night, Kwame the next.

To me Barea is the perfect guy off the bench to spark your club. He gets to the rim with the best of them and does make some really nice passes. Unfortunately, he gets out of control sometimes and it hurts the team. However, I think his contributions outweigh Ridnours. At this point of his career, Luke is very limited. He's not a good distributor, can't get to the basket, and is a liability on defense. He's a good shooter here and there but for the most part he's very inconsistent. Much rather have Barea on the team as he can do more things.

While I think that JJ is the better player and better fit for us coming off the bench, it certainly would help Luke's case if he wasn't playing out of position so much. Also, if he was to come off the bench, he'd probably play better and/or more consistent, too.

He was in great position to get the ball but his teammates were avoiding him...Hasheem Thabeet was guarding him and he didnt get the ball 2 times ?!?!

Yep. Letting him take only 4 shots is a disgrace.

I actually think Luke is better playing out of position. You don't remember in the beginning of the year when he was starting at PG and getting burned every single time by the quicker guards? He's better off against someone bigger

Any word on Kevin Love guys? Is there a specific time line or anything concrete? I'm gearing up for the playoffs in my fantasy league and I snagged him off of the waiver wire a couple weeks back.

Mid March is all we've heard. I doubt he comes back earlier this time but it may be later than Mid March. He hasn't started shooting yet

True.

If by all accounts he has to stay on our team (his contract expires soon, no?) he should be coming off the bench. No more starting five for you, Luke.
