i can't find the pick watch thread anywhere. someone told me though that if you say something 3 times, a mod will make it appear.

I'm not sure we had one this year. Just the playoff watch thread that I can find.

Got a call from the wife at work this morning. There was a bird or something in our chimney. She opened the flue in our wood stove and out popped a starling. After flying into every window in the house, it finally flew out the front door.

they need to get rid of age limits (after 18) in the NFL and NBA, expand the draft, and institute a proper minor league system if they want to stop all this "should college athletes get paid" talk. You never hear a college baseball player talking b/c the MLB has got that part right. But when you force a guy to either go to college, or get forgotten by the pros, they're gonna be pissed, and rightfully so.

The ground is still mostly covered in snow but the sun has been shining a lot lately. It was almost shorts weather yesterday, unless you walked through shadowy places.

And we're just about 6 weeks away from midnight sun. It shall be glorious.

im still aware about the injuries, Diengs emergence and Brewer's one in a million performance.
