I'm confused. Are the Wolves going to convert him into a PG?

Great pick. Perfect wing for Rubes.

Think increasing athleticism was important?

Bet he gets traded haha.

Usually when we draft a solid player in the 2nd round we trade him and they go on to be pretty good players

It's a fine pick in the 2nd. Doesn't make up for the poor use of a lottery pick, but we wouldn't want to have that discussion again.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

He had a 41,5 max vert at the combine, with a 6'10 wingspan. I like it :)

At least we got athletes around Rubio in this draft. Now get Faried and friends from Denver, or Wiggins from Cavs and let it fly.

Great value pick. Can definitely contribute. Seems like we went for the raw prospect with high upside in the first and more proven commodity with high floor in the 2nd.

Hated the Lavine pick but I like Rice.

This might be the best pick of round 2.

I loved both picks...

Really was excited about this one though. Was the guy I kept thinking in my head that I wanted at 40.

One of the last 1st roundish talents I thought was in the draft, happy to get him even though it was tough to see Jokic and Dinwiddie, two of my favorite players in the draft, go so close to 40.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''
