I don't want any trades. Take Wiggins and Bennett and develope everyone.

I could see him becoming more mobile less efficient version of Dirk.

15-18pts /7-8reb

But dont know about if its best long term on this roster. Maybe as a six men.

WOW people are very high on this kid... I could see 15-18 points and 7-8 reb maybe if he was a main option on a team. But he averaged his career high in points last year in the Euroleague, now age 26, he averaged 10.4 PPG.

I'm cool with current group also. That is after wiggins, Bennett, and Thad come. A day with our JJ, lmam, shved sounds bright. and just starting over for them works for me.

Its funny how you underlined the word maybe. While I on the other hand wrote I could see him becoming
and not he will be for sure.

Yeah thats where I disagree, I really dont see him becoming even close to that type of player. (mostly because no team would have him as their main franchise piece) There always is a maybe, but by me saying that, it doesnt mean I believe he will become this awesome Euro guy who transitions to the NBA with ease and puts up 18 and 8. Especially at age 26 with all the young guys we have it just wouldnt seem worth it to get him and try to teach him the NBA game while developing the rooks.

If Bjelicia could just be a stretch 4 off the bench capable of guarding taller players, that would be a huge get for us.

Also thought I would throw this in here. It is from a while ago, but intriguing.

Except Bjelica is better than Hummel in everything but 3pt shooting. Hummel is maybe a better NBA fit because he's a 3pt specialist, while Bjelica is I'll-do-a-bit-of-everything type of guy.

Having Biyombo in Wolves would be huge! I see him having breakout season in a year or two and we could have a defencive anchor in reasonable contract. I know we have Dieng, but you can't have too much interior defence. There is hope that he is able to play PF in the future as well... I can see him replacing Pek(whenever Dieng would be ready to step up and only if we can get good enough assets in return) and becoming first big off the bench.

He would drop a pass or two from Ricky every game though :)

Interestingly enough, that was just ten days before Hummel's first knee injury.

4.5 years ago to be exact. Before we had the rights to either player.

I'd be a lot more interested in what he thinks of Bjelica today.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

For sure he is not a liabilty in the offensive game, he should be a monster paired with Gorgui. Gorgui shows be a lot more useful in offense, has good range and passing skills and I hope he improves with minutes and stretchs the floor ala PF, but i think he is a little more heavy on his movements and is best suited to defend the C. Biyombo in the other hand have better quickness to guard PF but the only offensive tool he has is his vertical.
I think that if Gorgui keep improving his offensive game both could be great together.

Cole Aldrich and Earl Clark would really complement this team and add depth in the front court

Nope, we already have too many players. We can't play 18.

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
