You mean 180 but trade for who? Jerebko?
Bud + Hummel -> Jerebko + some kind of pick? Not thrilled.
Bud + Barea -> Jerebko + :o ?

just realized how stupid the 360 thing
getting just Jerebko or straight dump for Budinger would be highway burglary

also just found out Meeks,KCP and Dinwiddie are all injured. Their expendables are Mitchell and Datome. Dont know about Jerebko

Datome would be interesting, i saw him in Europe that he can get hot and become pretty much unstoppable extra perk is his hair :D Plus he wont demand big minutes and frankly i'd rather have him than Hummel.

Martin, Budinger, Shabazz, 2nd round pick for Jerebko, KCP, Datome.

DET need proven scorers at SG, so Martin can give them 20+ pts, while Drumm, Smith will cover him in defense. We get KCP, who can be our starting SG. It's a bit unreal, but maybe Flip can do it again.

^Detroit won't trade KCP.

Tony Mitchell makes $816K this season, Datome makes $1.750M for a total of $2.566M, Detroit is also $2M under the cap so we're at $4.566M, Budinger makes $5M this season - are we close enough to get a deal done under the cap structure, I know there is some wiggle room in regards to salary matching.

You guy would cut both Datome and Mitchell eating the $2.566M, but saving $2.444M extra you'd eat cutting Bud this season, and all of $5M he's due next season.

Bazz - Flip's own 1st pick from last year - hasn't played in several games. I know it's just preseason, but something is up....

He's been in a boot most of the preseason.

We're trying to clear roster spots, though.

No doubt. We Keep Jerebko and cut the other two.

One more thought on Brewer vs Budinger.

Budinger looks good right now. But how long can you trust him to stay healthy? One more injury, and his contract becomes even more untradeable.

The Thomas Robinson report is interesting. Why? It would allow us to drop Hummel as 3rd PF.

Rubio / Williams / Barea
Martin / Brewer / LaVine
Wiggins / Muhammad / G. Robinson
Young / Bennett / T. Robinson
Pekovic / Dieng / Turiaf

(or if it's Brewer for Robinson, just switch Brewer out)

I don't think it makes too much sense to trade for a third PF that's going to make $5M a year, not play, and not really give us any new dimension. I think it makes the most sense to trade GR III if we can get something for him - even if it's only a future second rounder.

The benefit from the Wolves POV obviously would be to get out of Bud's final year, which many believe he'll pickup his PO. There's really no need for TRob on this roster besides replacing Hummel but his 3.6M contract is basically an expiring assuming the Wolves decline his TO for next season.
