I was thinking the exact same thing. Would be epic

Congratulations to Wolves.
Congratulations to Cavs for giving us Wiggy, Bennett and Young and taking Love.

The team is very similar to last years... hope everybody is healthy.

Great road win in Brooklyn.

Gotta get another one in Orlando on friday because our schedule really toughens up the next 4 afterwards. :(

Great win. So proud of this team. I meant to watch it last night but fell asleep an hour before tip off. But, as I finally caved and registered at ballstreams I just finished watching that game. Pretty nice to see them come back like that against a veteran team.

Great game by Ricky, Pek, Wiggins and Martin. The latter I think deserves more praise than he has gotten in this thread. His defense has been better than what we're used to and he once again came up with clutch shots. Really great game by him. Not sure how long until he has bad game again, though. Ricky was amazing, too. Until midway through the 4th quarter when he was at, I think, 10 points I was kinda anxious to see his FG% as he had had some bad shots early in the game but it turned out he was at 4 of 9 at that point. And it got even better. That was really impressive. If he keeps up playing like that his new contract will be a bargain.
Wiggins, man, that stepback jumper... the elevation on it... just a thing of beauty. And I really wish Jack wouldn't have fouled him as hard as he did. Not because I think it was a cheap foul or something (it really was a good foul by Jack, considering Wiggins missed one) but I really wanted to see Wiggins connect on that dunk attempt. Would have been a hell of a poster.

Oh and Ricky's reaction to Pek's statement is just hilarious. I could watch that all day long.

And then a b2b @Pelicans, @Mavs. That's really ridiculous.

Second time we've been there too. Must be a lot of Spanish/Rubio fans in Mexico. Lets hope the arena doesn't catch fire this time.

Great game to watch and enjoy! It's so much fun to win games ^^. I must say that I was a little dubious about us being able to get the W from Joe Johnson, but I'm glad we'd take it.

Brewer doesn't belong on this team. He's just horrendous in whatever role they're trying to stick him in. At times, I'd rather play with 4 on the floor instead of Brewer (slight exaggeration).

I don't get why LaVine isn't seeing ANY floor time. He can't possibly do any worse than Brewer. I'm not asking for LaVine to get 20 consistent mpg. But he's played in like what, 1 game for 4 minutes? That's weak for a top 15 pick.

I'm enjoying this team so much more than last year so far. They are going to have a lot of ups and downs but they play hard, especially on D.

Overall with maturity is going to be much better without Love, it's pretty simple. Defensively he was a liability, and offensively as talented as he is, he was always going to be a sort of black hole, always looking for his numbers. Right now is much more of a team effort... And have to say, with the veterans already in there, and the growth of young guys like Wiggins the guys should become a playoffs team in a reasonable amount of time (also love the coach who is really trying to win now)

I think the main difference is that Rubio is now the leader.

Not sure whether he will be able to keep up that good shooting but he is clearly leading the team in a better way than Love.
Even if he might not have a good day he hustles, has a good body language and that translates to everybody else on the floor. As a result our players seems more confident in their abilities than they were in previous years.

We just need to hope the starters stay healthy throughout the season and we'll have a solid year. Playoffs are probably a reach but I'm hoping we can at least play some .500 ball despite the loss of Love.

What I liked about this win is we beat them at halfcourt. We were outscored in the fastbreak.
Before the season started everyone was saying we'll only get points by fastbreaks. We're not there yet in terms of playing Spurs like team basketball but we are executing and suprisingly in last minute execution in the 4th is so much better where we were atrocious last year.
Also we are using our athleticsm not on fancy fastbreaks but on halfcourt defense, defending and disrupting passing lanes.
We could have been 3-1 and and a debatable 4-0.
I'll take our 2-2.
Tough road trip ahead. We need bench production. We wont survive with our vets like Mo,Brew and Bud playing bad

He is even rawer than Wiggins is. I would give him a run in the D-League until he is confident of his own abilities and then try to increase his role.
