I think one of the biggest issues with the current primary logo is that the trees are way too big.

The biggest problem with the primary is that it is the werepig and not the secondary.

Someone posted a grey version of the Wolves logo with a quick photoshop on rubechat.

I cleaned it up a bit and also did a blue version.

I think I like the blue one more, seems more vibrant.

Edit: Here's the blue with blue trim/letters instead of grey.

I don't think this logo lends itself well to symmetry. Especially since we have had almost 20 years with this logo. It sticks out like a sore thumb that someone just did a simple mirror image.

Well doi, it's a quick photoshop. I can't imagine they would use my 10 minute photoshops for an actual logo.

I like it better than the current one though with the half shadow face.

I think we need to overhaul the entire thing. More simplistic wolf that doesnt look so kiddish and change the colors to something that doesn't resemble WNBA or childish hues

I do think something with a full wolf as pictured above would be best for the primary. In any of our logos, we've never had a full wolf.

Then go secondary with something similar to our current secondary or the original primary.

I really hope we go back to using it. And the blues and greens really pop - the colors on the current unis are way too muted.

Also, the present Timberwolves logo (and some of the rebrand suggestions) are way too non-classic, overly animated/cartoonish like a mean rat, and screams early 2000s sensibilities. I just like the timelessness, subtlety, and regality of the original logo.

what i really dig about this is the 'handwriting' part. no team has handwriting at the moment. thats fresh! combine it with a non-retro (non-nostalgic) design and you have your jersey.

I played with it a little, added some outer rings. Another with "Minnesota" at the bottom.
