Yeah and we still dealt with some injuries this season and we've went from 1st pick odds (last year) to 5th (this year), thats called progression. You make it sound like Mitchell just experimented and threw them at their natural positions and it worked, remember this guy was actually in the NBA and Im sure he knows a lot more about basketball and player development than you bud.
Playing in NBA doesn't mean they are gonna be good coach. There only handful basketball players who will make it as a coach. Playing Zach as PG didn't gain anything for him. Now he is still same old Zach, but with lot more confidence because he feels natural in that position. You can make even best players in world look stupid on court if they have to play in wrong position.
Yeah playing in the NBA doesnt make you a head coach automatically but I know for a fact Mitchell knows much more about basketball than many many people on this site. You think its same old Zach doing this, you realize his ball movement, ball control, defensive stance ect have all got better. But Mitchell has nothing to do with this ...

10 or so more wins than last year ? really ?
We had 8 healthy bodys last year, Payne was a starter for +20 games.
'Our three young stars are playing as best as they ever have.'
They are playing in their natural positions four months later. What a suprise.

Uh...that's exactly what he did. Or do you have an alternate explanation for LaVine playing 58% of his minutes at PG this season, despite overwhelming evidence saying that was a bad idea?
When you have a player like Zach, who barley played at college you need to expedite the growth in a way. And for Zach, learning PG skills is going to make him a much much better all around SG for the future.
