I was busy with Family tonight. I see we played down to our competition, but a win is a win is a win is a win is a win.

Yea that last Bulls loss wound up being a major dagger. Also credit to OKC, they were clutch as hell this year.

All the teams have them. I mean the Spurs beat all 3 of us. The key is just beating whoever ends up in front of us. To be the best, you gotta beat…. Everyone ;)

That was one of the most embarrassing wins I have ever seen.
Thank you Quinn Snyder for putting in your G-League affiliate for the last 8 minutes.

Scott Foster needs to be put into NBA jail. The brand managers were completely out to get us tonight.
Or at least make sure we didn't beat the spread.

But we also played about 4 minutes of defense out of 48.

If we play like this in the first round, we will be unceremoniously swept.

Towns - 11pts, 5rbs, 8 asts
Gobert - 25pts, 19rbs
Reid - 19pts, 3rbs

I remember at least one more similar game against CHA (123-117 win):

Towns - 28pts, 7rbs, 5asts
Gobert - 26pts, 12rbs
Reid - 23pts, 5rbs

Another game against CHA (125-128 loss), famous Towns 62pt game:

Towns - 62pts, 8rbs, 2asts
Gobert - 13pts, 11rbs
Reid - 5pts, 0rbs

In all three games Edwards was either injured or did not play. And in theory our bigs should have completely dominate smaller frontcourt of ATL and CHA, we did get an excellent offensive output from Gobert-Towns-Reid trio, but somehow MIN was never able to play consistent team defense, allowed run-n-gun, did not find any answer to spread pick-n-roll. I dont really know why. Clearly we lacked discipline and effort, but I never understood why. Any thoughts?
