You can go back to licking the fo's boots deeney. Good teams make their picks count.
this is the deepest draft we'll probably see for 10 years. Look at the bigs taken last year and the bigs projected to go next year and tell me we didn't screw up by passing on Jordan , CDR, Hardin, and Bill Walker for 2 mid 2nds in a WORTHLESS Draft and cash.

They better get their big man next year, or they'll be regretting what they did in the 2nd for a long, long time.

But yes, picking Mayo was more important. If I could have this draft or Love, Hardin, and Jordan I'd still take this draft.

I know, I saw that too. But some people are freaking out over there saying McHale hasn't talked to the media and might be doing something.

From Britt Robson:
"10:57: Wolves PR guy Mike Cristaldi just came down and said McHale is working on something besides the Chalmers deal. So, take that for what it's worth--could be big or it could be more second rounders and cash."

I'm happy to add Mayo to the core, but I'm a lot less happy that we didn't add Jordan and one of CDR/Weaver/Walker as well.

That guy on twolvescentral is a troll who has been floating crap all night. Any trade surely would've involved the 28th pick.

I think we just made some trade for a guy and gave up a future second. I'll try to find the information.

IDK, I just want to know what is going on. There have been no updates in about 20 minutes.

Do you think that it might involve the Bulls and Sonny Weems in some way? Over on the Bulls board, they are discussing Paxson making a comment on the radio that Weems would be traded for a Euro big that was not coming over for a few years and Pekovic and Asik are the only two taken before the Bulls that I could think would be involved in that deal.

McHale is going to announce that he has traded OJ to the Heat for their 1st round pick next year because noone has written on the back of his hand whilst he was talking to them that we already have it.
