1. Al Jefferson - 'nuff said
2. Mike Miller - great shooter, young vet, proven quantity
3. Randy Foye - time for Randy to show us what he's got
4. Ryan Gomes - not more talented than the next three but a better player right now
5. Rashad McCants - should be higher but needs to play smarter and better defense
6. Kevin Love - mostly based on potential since he hasn't played in a real game yet
7. Corey Brewer - good defense, no offense
8. Sebastian Telfair - good passing, no defense, poor shooting
9. Craig Smith - liability on defense; like his game but not a great fit on this team
10. Jason Collins - hopefully he can provide some good minutes as a defensive center
11. Rodney Carney - probably could be higher but hasn't shown much yet
12. Kevin Ollie - meh
13. Calvin Booth - meh
14. Mark Madsen - meh
15. Brian Cardinal - meh

1) Al Jefferson-Cornerstone of the franchise. I hate how his contract works (I really wish we would pay players upfront and decline salaries after that) but I'm glad he's locked up for the long term.
2) Randy Foye-I really feel like he can end up an all star. He knows how to take care of the ball and can get to the rim with purpose. His health is a concern but hopefully he is over his knee problems and can take that next step this year.
3) Mike Miller-Proven veteran, he will never win you games himself but certaintly wont lose you any. One of the best three point shooters in the league and surprisingly good inside the arc as well.
4) Ryan Gomes-Great role player who just does what is asked very well. Our most versatile player.
5) Rashad McCants-We know he can score, hopefully he can take that next step and become competent on defense as well. Only his attitude is holding him back
6) Kevin Love-Hard to judge where he really is on this team, but hopefully his perimeter shooting and passing will help the team overall.
7) Sebastian Telfair-I still think Bassy will be starting for a team soon, he's only 23-24 years old and developing.
8) Corey Brewer-Just needs to find a consistant offensive game. Needs to drive to the basket with purpose.
9) Craig Smith-The Rhino is a little short to be on the inside but makes up for it with power and heart.
10-14 doesnt really matter
15) Brian Cardinal-Hopefully the contract comes in good use, buddy.

I think its amazing that Ryan Gomes was arguably our second best player last season, but by the All Star Break its possible he's not in the Top Five, yet still some national media doesn't think we've improved.

Well, in the national media's defense our line-up is pretty depressing.

I don't think the top 8 is depressing at all, Jefferson, Love, Gomes, Foye, Miller, McCants, Smith, and Brewer - may not be star-studded, but there's at least one for sure star, and possibly more in the future, but even now it's all legit rotation players. There's no dead weight in there. If you add Telfair and Collins to that, you have a pretty respectable 10 man rotation.

It's young and unproven, but that's just the reality of the rebuilding situation. Every team has been in this situation before, and often times in a worse situation. You got to start somewhere. I guess the difference between those that are still hating on McHale and those that see a bright future is Kevin Love. Those that are still in love with OJ Mayo think the Wolves have no future, and those that think Kevin Love is gonna be a really good player (just me and John Hollinger at this point it seems) feel like the Wolves have a great foundation for the future.
