I asked this is the game thread but didnt see an answer. Since he wasnt drafted to our D-League team, does this mean we can no longer bring him up from the DL and can no longer have him on our team??

I think we can still sign him to a contract, kind of like how Miami picked up Ahearn last year (though that might be different because of their injury problems)
