Dude it's not new. It happens literally every time we play them at the Garden. It's one of the best chants in sports. The Rangers are the hardest working team in hockey and it's not close. It's happening this year.

This. They may have broken the points record this year with an average power play.

It happens at the Prudential Center too. Many of those games see Devil fans outnumbered. Always fun to get into battles with the NJ fans in the crowd at those games.

Yeah, I can imagine. You know obviously it's a different sport and the Rangers are much much much better coached and constructed but I wish the Garden was as intimidating for teams coming in to play the Knicks as it is for teams coming in to play agains the Rangers. I think the fans really get into some of these guys' heads. Even as great as Marty has been I think they rattle him.

I started watching at the right time. Got off work at 2:30 and when I got home? Turned on the TV and in less than 20 seconds seen the first Rangers goal. What feels like not even a minute later? Seen the 2nd Rangers goal.

2-0 New York over New Jersey baby!

Why this thread is no longer a sticky is beyond me... The Rangers are in the playoffs and have played their hearts out. What a great game 5! Rangers were down 3-1 and now we're tied up at 3-3. This team has heart, fight, no quit and has been a perfect example of what New York is all about. We need this game in the worst way, take a 3-2 commanding lead and go for the kill during game 6.

Damn, it sucks it had to ends like this. I doubt this would get much posts from now on but since I'm a hockey noob I have a question.

Is it possible to think the Rangers can take the next step and go to the finals next year? Or was this some crazy run that had like a 1 in a 100 chance of happening? Thanks.

Brutal, Brutal Way to go down;

I have to think that if the Rangers had played a few less games earlier on in the playoffs we may be watching a King/Rangers playoff now.
