The one team I didn't want to draw.

Damn the W's for being so close to the playoffs.... luckily the Sharks will be playing into deep May

**** me! I live in Sacramento and this game is blacked out on VS. for me AND comcast sportsnet. Does anyone know how I can still catch this game?

EDIT: Nevermind. It was delayed because of a stupid baseball game!

That glove save by Nabby, that could end up being the best save of the playoffs.

3 goals in the first 3 and a half minutes, I like the way game 3 has started

It's going to be tough to rebound from that meltdown.

That pathetic collapse is still bothering me. It just reminds me too much of last year. Sharks go up 2-0 early at Detroit in game 2, end up losing 3-2 and lose 3 of the next 4 games.

I really don't like how we're responding to Calgary's physical play...or should I say how we're not responding. We let them bitch slap our captain up and down the ice with no response. It's just going to keep getting worse. They'll probably sodomize him with a stick next game. They might as well, the only thing they'll receive from any of our players is a scowl.

This is just like last year. Shelley and Campbell need to hit some people. It wouldn't hurt Joe to fight back a little too.

It seems like we crumble under any kind of forecheck.

I still think Ron Wilson has to go. He's the most timid hockey coach I've ever seen.

We need to take game 4 to even it up 2-2. If we don't, I think its too deep of a hole to come back from 3-1. Especially against the Flames and the way they've played us.

The Sharks finally show some heart. Great game and a great win.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh baby!

What a 2nd period.

Has Ehroff played this poorly all year? He made me angry all series...

What a great game and series.... Calgary is a damn tough team.

Onward Sharks

I picked the right period to watch if I was only going to watch one hockey period all year. Period 2 of game 7. Actually I saw the end of period 1 as well.

I'm not a hockey fan, but am moving into a sports related job and thought I'd try to broaden my experience a bit from just bball.

In the later part of period 1 and early period 2, Sharks looked sloppy and nervous. Numerous wide open passes were either off, or bungled on the catch. At one point they almost passed it into their own goal. Then, down 2-1, There was one of those goals that changes a series. It was from around the blue line while Setoguchi was shielding the goalie's view. It went between Setoguchi's legs and right in the "5 hole" between the knees Kiprusoff. The broadcast crew credited it to Setoguchi but he never touched it, even though he tried to. Looking on espn now I see Roenick got credit - that's correct.

After that the Sharks settled down and started to play some real hockey. The power play goal by Roenick was the first thing I saw from the Sharks that actually looked like a good hockey play.

Survive and advance!

During the 40% or so of the game that I watched, it was Cambell and Murray who were lousy. They seemed to have the game 7 jitters.

Hockey gets a bad rep... its an awesome game... to experience it live is incredible, especially in the playoffs... my first game I ever went to was 3 years ago and I'm a pseudo-fan (re: when basketball is over) ever since.

Ehroff was pretty... average in game 7. In game 6, he was terrible at keeping us onside, and when he shot the puck, it usually missed so wide it would rattle around back to our zone. I didnt get to catch the first 3 games so I was wondering if he was playing as bad as he did in game 6...

Roenick is the effin man.
