No, welcome to RealGM. You'll find that most of the time, jerseyjac and I are pretty easy going with Nets regulars, but that in no way shape or form does that reflect with the other boards.

As some know, I've been getting into sports betting lately. I had a really good NFL weekend, so I have some extra cash and decided to use $10 on a teaser that paid +805 ($80.5). Basically, you have to hit all of them to win while the book gives you a handful of points in your favor (varies by sports). So if it's Nets +10 it becomes Nets +14.

Well, it hit, which was great of course. Then looking back on it, I realized I could've done a parlay and the odds would have been +2300. So, $10 pays $230. But it doesn't stop there, as I could've done a pleaser (you give points up so Nets +10 becomes +6) and it would've won. No one ever does these, but if I had done it, $10 would have paid me +35000 or $3500.

MLK day is a new holiday I celebrate with a few friends. No work, get a few buckets of KFC, a few 40ozs, watch the Nets game then Snow On Tha Bluff.... Great holiday.
