I feel like every time a possibly fun player could come to Brooklyn, BK is "not interested" it's REALLY starting to piss me off. If we want to embody the Brooklyn image like they keep saying, then we need to be young, athletic and hard-nosed. Our team is NONE of that. All the players we here on the board, are like that, and Billy says no.

The funniest thing is Blatche and Lance WANT to be here. Their talent level at 24 and 27 could easily replace the Livingston/Pierce dynamic that we lost at a fraction of the cost but King doesn't want to do it. It's honestly torture having this idiot in charge.

Does anyone that works for the Nets have a pulse? Does anyone have a read on what the fans are dying for? Seriously do they know what we want?

This franchise is run by complete morons.

We start reggie and give him the push he wants, let Jack come off the bench and just ignore DWill and sell him for expiring contracts this offseason or stretch him. Probably waive Morris to make way for Blatche or include Brown in a trade.

We have a SG rotation of Lance, Lamb, Bogs

SF can be focused with Joe and AA and Bogs. AA stops playing SG and can give Joe more rest

PF is still Garnett, but we can also pick up Blatche is we're smart and CJ has shown to play well in 5 minute runs

C obviously we let Plumlee run the big man show, Jerome and Blatche and fill in the missing minutes.

I want McGary in the deal.

Irina Pavlova has already hinted that she would like the basketball operations to be run better but that isn't in her jurisdiction.

Seems to me the only ones holding onto Billy King is Prokorov and Rasumov. The three blind mice.

Swing Butler to the Hornets for Lance Stephenson and this becomes pretty appealing. I doubt the "picks" would be of any significant value. Likely second round picks.

Couple this with a Lopez trade for Perkins, lamb, McGary and I think we may have a good young foundation.

One without the other makes no sense. If you move Joe for assets, you got to move Brook too. Having a wing rotation of Bogdanovic, Butler, Anderson would ensure this team misses the playoffs so at that point why would you hang onto Brook?

When did you become a supporter of trading for Lance? Or is it that you too are just tired of the crap we've endured and want some sort of change lol?

The most frustrating part of this rumor is had Billy not offered pick swaps for Joe we'd be on the receiving end of a pick that would be more valuable than what pick(s) we would receive here for moving Joe.

I get it's a sunk cost that cannot drive decision making, but still frustrating in general as the swaps were so unnecessary.

I really hope this trade doesn't happen with Joe to Detriot, unless somehow it's like 2 firsts. I just think if it goes through, it's the signal of shutting down ALL hope until 2016 FA which is boring because that was our aim anyways. One path is more interesting than the other

I don't mind getting Lance, as long as it's for nothing. I think trading mediocre players like Butler or Jerebko for Lance is not much of a risk, it's not like there is much for Lance to ruin here anyway. I'm opposed to the idea of trading Brook Lopez for Lance though because Lance has negative value and Brook is worth a lot more than him right now. And yea, I'm just tired of the crap we've endured, and I would most likely welcome any kind of change over the pile of **** we're suffering from now.

Jerebko is an expiring, Butler is horrible and his contract does not expire until next year, Jennings is coming off of a bad injury and cannot play for months.

Unless the Pistons give us a legit 1st rd pick I see no reason why to engage in this deal.

Trade KG for Thad, trade Brook to OKC for Perkins and Lamb, sign Blatche. It better balances the roster and the OKC trade would enable us to avoid the repeater tax.

Meanwhile he wants to trade our best player for an injured brandon jennings and pile on to our 16-17 cap space :banghead:

Repeater tax doesn't start until next year
