Such a stupid decision, from all angles. Even if they weren't high on him, and were worried about his salary in 2014-2015, you don't just give away an asset for nothing in return.

Let this be a lesson to GONYK. Dude would destroy everyone who suggested Lin wont be back. WELCOME TO THE NBA. Nothing is EVER set in stone.

Oh well. He doesnt make or break our title hopes anyway. We aint winning jack shyt with Failton or Lin. At least all the fake Knick fans can go the hell away now. Good riddance you annoying mongrels.

did you guys honestly expect anything else? I mean, we are the knicks. Lin will be a stud, if nothing else he will get the superstar calls from the refs. Knicks will REGRET this.

We let the dude walk for nothing. He could've been an asset down the line.

He will excell the system is perfect for him. they are a young team though so they won't get very far probably wont make the post-season for a few years. but if they land howard man oh man would that shake things up. but nonetheless lin will thrive in that system no doubt about that

You know what the worst part about this is?

Dolan doesn't have the guts to explain the team's decision and talk to the media.

At this point I care more about all of Lin's doubters being proven wrong than I do about this current roster having any success. Guess I'm officially a Lin fanboy.
