The 3 Douches in Miami, lead by D-Bag-Wade. I can't believe how many players they've been able to convince to re-sign for peanuts. I thought this NBA players had more balls and pride.

Sidenote: I just updated my NBA 2K10 roster with all the new transactions and the top 10 rookie picks. The Heat are VERY hard to beat in that game. I know if anyone picks the cHeat in 2K11 in an online game, I'm going to exit out before the game starts... or I'm going to pick the Dream Team.

That's what I can't stand the most. A guy like Udonis Haslem, who is as loyal as they come, decides to leave 2x's what he's making now to re-sign with his hometown team to help battle for a title. I have nothing but respect for Haslem, but I hate the fact that his loyalty was the reward to 3 of the biggest snakes in the game. Same thing with Joel Anthony.

I didn't think I could hate a sports team more than the Red Sox or Real Madrid, but I can only wish violence upon the Heat. I hope the Knicks and other teams feel the same way and do their best to make those 3 hate their lives whenever they step foot away from Miami.

When I opened the link to the article and read were they said there was an error in transcription of Wade's statements, I knew there was gong to be a spin on what he said. Even after reading their "correction", no matter how they try and restate what he said, it is still a dumb and insensitive thing to say. Some way, some how we will have to make him feel the economic impact of making such a ignorant statement.

Why do I get the feeling there will be fights breaking out at Heat games this season?

No. i kinda see where he's coming from. if Wade is that stupid to make those comments, then we can't expect much more from him.

The Miami forums aren't quite sure what to make of this. Too bad. If one of my guys says something stupid, at least I'm honest and call them a dumbass, you know?

He was just comparing how the media would be everywhere about the Miami Heat losing just like how big the media coverage was of the WTC. Terrible comparison to use though. I have no idea what he was thinking.

IMO, if it was really necessary to compare that to something, he shouldve used something that didnt involve the death of people, such as the Oil Spill.

Well this is why some fans feel this way.

I really believe they will fail miserably and Stern is irate in their joining forces probably more than we could imagine.

for real.. just disgusting.. He compared losing a couple of games to probably the biggest attack on US soil in our history? First of all, as if they are that good.. second, why even compare it to a terroist attack that cost the lives of thousands...

guy is a moron, honestly, If I were a NBA ref, I don't see how I could fairly call a game for that team... they would literally have to lose a limb to get a call from me..

It was a dumb comment, he was trying to take a shot at the media, I don't think he should be thrown in an oven for it.
