We will win this game or the Utah one. 2-2 on the trip. I'm sure of it. I'd rather they win the first of a back to back, though.

Blazers have size on their side as well.

They also took Miami to overtime earlier tonight, with LMA having a great game.

This won't be an easy game for us.

Well, with Bosh being a complete slouch on the defensive end, I think Amar'e can do a good job on both ends to neutralize Aldridge.

The key to this game should be pace. The Blazers like to play a slow, half court game, and we like to get up and down the court. If we can get them to play our game, we'll have another OKC game. If we get caught up in their system, we'll have another Minnesota/Cleveland game.
The Knicks are back.

The FAILblazers don't have the scoring punch without Roy (see game where they edged the Knicks). Camby can be shoved around (always was soft defending inside). Aldridge doesn't rebound.

Knicks win and further destroy the demons when they started 3-8

Felton will have to play much, much better this game. Don't know what the fk he was doing tonight against LA. Probably his worst game of the season. Literally did nothing of value on the court. I expect a nice comeback game from him. I don't think he successfully ran a P&R with Amar'e once that whole game.

Anthony seemed as if he was ready to implode with happiness if the guys said the Knicks after Anthony asked "who". At first Anthony seemed ready to implode with anger when the guy said Nets, as if he was thinking to himself "didn't I tell the Nuggets I don't want to play for the Nets and won't sign with them".

The Knicks have been very streaky so far this season. They have had just 1 win, the first of the season against Tor and 1 loss, the one to Atl that were solo. Every other win or loss has been at least coupled by another win or loss if not included in a string of them.

Knicks have to begin to isolate losses to one, bounce back with a win and string together wins. That's the way teams who are successful in the playoffs behave during the regular season. Road games are always tough but the Knicks have two very winnable ones coming up before returning home for two more very winnable games.

I'd like to see the Knicks steal one more on this current west coast trip and take care of home court for a 3-1 stretch before they have to head out on another tough three game west coast road trip. The Knicks could very well end up with a winning record in the month of January which would do well to solidify their playoff push.

Explain to me how the Knicks are streaky? That is OLD News. Upon starting 3-8, the team is 18-7.

Last night, the Knicks learned how the Champs can disable them. The Lakers got physical with the Knicks in the second half and cruised. This IS a very young team and has yet to reach their full potential. Even the Coach learned a lesson, you can't coach size...and the GM is telling himself, you NEED size Donnie.

Guys are talking about Felton, forgot that Amare was 1-10 in the first half. Pau Ga-Soft and Bynum made his life a living hell. Once again, stubborn D'Antoni does NOT make adjustments.

When Amare finally found his groove, Kobe got going and you know where that goes...

The Blazers have no finishers. They have Camby but Aldridge is also the green light on defense. The Knicks won't shoot as bad as they did against the Lakers. This is a win.

With all the injuries and what not, the Knicks matchup well against the Blazers. Same with the Jazz.

going to be a tough game. the blazers have been playing extremely well recently at home. they had a 7 point lead with 2 min left against the heat last game and blew it, so let's see how they rebound from that.

Close to every team in the NBA is streaky. Most teams will have high points and low points. I know the Blazers have lost a few in a row plenty of times these past few seasons but they still did pretty good in the end just like the knicks are doing now. Obviously a lot has changed for the Blazers, but as for the Knicks, I don't think streakiness is a problem so long as they're able to consistently put some wins together.

Good luck Knicks fans. This should be a pretty even matchup on paper.

They have to start Turiaf this game, the Blazers have some size too with Camby and Aldridge.

It's going to be very tough to go into Utah on the second night of a back-to-back and win. So hopefully we can take this one. I expect a win.

Blazers chemistry is VASTLY improved with Roy out of the mix.

Miller has the ball in his hands and they've been playing inside out off of Aldridge.

They will be a very tough team to beat tonight.

We'll have to play a very sharp game tonight or we could come back to NYC 1-3.

I think key will be Felton/Miller match up as Miller has always hurt us. Also don't like Amare guarding Aldridge who's been hot.

Someone needs to be all up in Matthews jersey if we wanna win this game. That dude is a deadly shooter.
