Speaking of finals, my school allows seniors to exempt themselves from2 finals as long as you have an A in the class.
I have an 88 average in my precalculus class and my bitch teacher regfuses to give me an exemption. I'm TWO points away, and she just won't do it. I'm also a respectful student, one of the best in that class yet she won't sign me off. I hate her so much...

I know a few people out here work out and it seems like the thread dedicated to working out has died completely so I guess we can carry out convo here.
For anybody that actually does workout, what protein shakes do you guys use? I use Allmax Isoflex Whey Protein Isolate after I workout. I like it, but wonder if there is better out there. Anybody got certain brands they prefer?

I'm thinking about trying Syntha-6 after I finish my current tub of protein. Heard some good things about it,

I had it a few years ago. Tasted great, IIRC.

Doesn't transport to the muscles quick enough after a workout. It's a slow release protein (which is why it keeps you fuller longer).

Are protein shakes really for people who try to get bigger?
When I work out, I rarely use the big weights. I really just work on cardio, losing extra weight, and getting more toned. Will I benefit from protein shakes?

Nah -- not only for people getting bigger.
I'm not looking to get bigger anymore. Now I'm just trying to get cut/stay in shape. I'm in great shape atm and still have a protein shake on the days I do weights just to make sure I don't lose muscle/keep my protein intake up.
Really can't hurt to take it when you lift.

July 11th I think I can change my name back (According to my user-notes). Might change it back -- at least change it from Paco.
